MEET YOUR COACHES
Coach Lance is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach, and a Precision Nutrition PN1 Certified Nutrition Coach. A Colorado native and former collegiate athlete, Coach Lance is passionate about helping demystify nutrition to maximize gainz! Lance’s philosophy is, “By optimizing diet, training, and making sure we have an awesome time along the way there is no limit to what we can achieve together!"
When not coaching, olympic lifting, or throwing down in the Boom Room Lance enjoys putting his fitness to the test outside of the gym and spending time with wife Katherine as well as his parents, sister, and nephews. Lance is a huge obstacle course racing enthusiast who has completed multiple Spartan Trifectas and a Spartan Ultra earlier this year.

Coach Loni is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and writes the blog for Live for This: Fitness

She is a devoted wife and badass mom of three. Having struggled most of her life trying to find the "right" diet and exercise routine, she knows how hard it is to become healthy in today's culture. Navigating her own journey and ultimately getting into the best shape of her life at 40, she is passionate about helping others do the same in their own lives. It is never too late! She helps people find balance by finding what works best for their lifestyle. She helps people become experts on themselves which allows them to thrive for the rest of their lives.
Coach Barry is a NASM certified personal trainer. He is also a loving husband and father. Coach Barry has overcome many challenges over the last eight years as he has worked to transform his body and mind. He loves helping people reach new and exciting levels in both their physical achievements as well as their mental. In addition to coaching he enjoys training for and participating in obstacle course races such as the Tough Mudder and Spartan races.
Coach Johnny is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and has his degree in Exercise Science. He has been a fitness coach for over two years and gets excited sharing the amazing benefits of fitness with others. “Fitness has been such a transformative force in my life. The key elements of finding success in fitness - discipline, consistency, and patience - carry over into many other aspects of life and can create change on so many levels. It’s my goal to positively impact at least one person each day and make fitness FUN!”
When he is not making it BOOM at LFT, Johnny spends his time playing guitar, snowboarding, making gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches (he wants to open a grilled cheese drive through restaurant), longboarding, and lifting weights. Johnny competes in bodybuilding shows in the Men’s Physique division and it is his goal is to become a pro natural bodybuilder.
