As we roll into week two of our 6-week challenge, it's time to check in with our LFT reality stars! How did their first week go? What obstacles have they faced? What insights and revelations have they experienced?
To inform their videos this week, the question posed was "How do we stay on track when our routine is off?"
This is a big, big issue for so many people. How do you handle it when much of your ability to control the situation is taken away? For example, how can you stay on track when you go on vacation or to a work conferences or if you are attending certain social events? How can you still enjoy yourself, or find a convenient option, while keeping things in line with your health goals?
