Why LFT Works
When you step foot into the boom room, you can expect two things for certain; you will be challenged and you will be transformed. In less than 60 minutes, you will rediscover your personal limits and get one step closer to a complete inside-and-out transformation. Our workouts are a combination of the best of strength training, functional fitness, and high intensity interval training. Each workout focuses on two muscle groups at a time with an emphasis on high intensity training with short rest periods. We welcome everyone from beginners to fitness veterans because ALL of our workouts can be personalized to best fit your ability level. We understand that each person that steps foot into the BOOM room has different goals and different fitness level, so we strive to make Live for This: Fitness a place where all can come together as one to tackle their goals. The LFT strength-based cardio training program incorporates these three scientific principles to ensure that you get results: intensity, volume, and frequency. Each high-intensity workout is fast-paced and pushes you to your limits in order to fit an adequate training volume in a 50 minute workout. Training volume is the total number of reps and sets completed during a workout and, at LFT, our workouts are designed with science in mind to make sure that your training volume is at a level that will get you results. Just as important as training volume is training frequency, which is how often you train certain body parts. Throughout the course of a week, LFT targets each muscle group twice causing your body to build lean muscle and shred fat with consistent training. Applying this scientific training principle to our program gives your muscles plenty of time to recover and keeps things fresh so you are always challenging yourself in a new way! These three elements are combined in perfect synchronicity to bring you Strength-Based Cardio: one of the most test-proven ways to change your body.
All of our coaches have unique skill sets and backgrounds that allow each of them to bring something special to the BOOM room. Our coaches are NASM certified personal trainers with areas of expertise ranging from nutrition coaching to pre/postnatal corrective exercise specialist, and are equipped with the tools to help you CRUSH your goals. Coming from all walks of life, LFT coaches are a dynamic team of badass experts that know the way, go the way, and show the way. One thing that each coach has in common is that they are contagiously passionate and always ready with a fist bump - or a kick in the ass - whichever is needed!
