Continue riding that momentum you’ve built and lock these new habits and routines in for life. As Kelly said, life can make it very challenging to stay on track, especially with nutrition. Always do the best you can, and when you fall, get right back up. As I always say, if you aren’t going to do it forever, what’s the point?
